I noticed that my GPU drivers keeps crashing for some unknown reason..

it says that the driver 353.30 has stopped working and then something about kernel..?
During the crash, my screen goes black for a second or two, atm it's only happening when I'm not playing, I haven't played for many hours straight so idk if it could happen during playing.

Try downloading older GPU drivers and give it another shot.

I've experienced GPU drivers issue like you and downloading older drivers solved it.

I'll try that, also thanks Rohith, I'm kinda relieved to hear that I'm not the only one.

I was afraid that there is something wrong with my gpu. xD

Have the same problem, only happens while in windows, not while gaming

This has been happening to me since witcher 3 update for geforce driver

Yeah I had that too when I still had GTX 970, kept crashing often.

Well I'll try that previous driver for 980Ti, kinda a shame that there is only 2 drivers for 980Ti, fingers crossed that it would work better.

Go to Nvidia control panel and set power management mode to "prefer maximum performance".

If that doesn't help, uninstall your current driver (preferably using DDU in safe mode) and install this latest hotfix driver:

That shouldn't happen, if you really get no signal use onboard video and uninstall the driver in safe mode.

had to force reinstall by physical reset button and reinstall the drivers.
