Okay i have connected cable that goes from my monitor to my MB (DVI), originally it was connected to my GPU... In order to make OBS work i had to Connect DVI to my MB..
I opened MSI after burner to monitor my GPU temperature and it surprised me! I saw this!

You are using the integrated graphics so the GPU core turned itself off

wait does that mean my GPU will not work in game (280X)

It will not, you're not using it if you plug into the mobo.

Case: Meatbag, humanoid - APU: Human Brain version 1.53 (stock clock) - Storage: 100TB SND (Squishy Neuron Drive) - PSU: a combined 500W of Mitochondrial cells - Optical Drives: 2 Oculi, with corrective lenses.

Yup. Why OBS doesn't work when you plug the monitor to your GPU?

Basically, The DVI cord has to be connected to the GPU for it to use the GPU for game (This case you're 280x)

Your video card draws graphics on the monitor it's connected to. So if you've got your monitor plugged into your motherboard output, that's going to be using your integrated graphics. The 280X is sitting unused.

plug the DVI cable to the GPU itself, not the motherboard.

I'm really sad...

I was following this guild http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/358175-how-to-why-quicksync-and-open-broadcaster-software-picture-heavy/

It says, for OBS to work i have to plug my DVI to MB... I didn't believe it, so i didn't do it.. And when i tired to start recording this problem showed up! http://i.imgur.com/S7SQOA2.png

If you know how to fix it HELP ME!

I only did that because of the OBS

http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/358175-how-to-why-quicksync-and-open-broadcaster-software-picture-heavy/

It says this

"So far in all of my testing and with various evidence you are going to need to have a secondary monitor plugged in to your motherboard in order to enable the iGPU so you can capture with OBS. As I've shown, it's easiest to just set it to the top left corner using a second input on your primary monitor and just ignore it. Top left because you will very rarely, if ever lose something up there. And if you do you can just use OBS to show the screen without having to change input settings on your monitor. Which is nice."

close the afterburner, restart and open again with the old theme, should be solved.

no actually you dont, you can get a DVI to VGA adapter and a resistor that can emulate a monitor. (I done this for folding@home purposes and quicksync purposes in the past it works)

Ghetto modding wasn't implied.

Guide is pretty specific:  you are going to need to have a secondary monitor plugged in to your motherboard in order to enable the iGPU so you can capture with OBS

Also, not sure why you're having problems with OBS. I used it last night just fine. Admittedly, I don't have an iGPU and I am using two monitors (obviously they're both plugged into the GPU)

That program needs to be paid...

I mean how to create fake a 2nd monitor so you can activate Intel HD graphic and use QuickSync in your favorite recording software.
