The PSU have a bit high Watts for the hardware doesn't it? But shouldn't be a problem. And that mouse is not the best but works for starters

change the GPU to a 390 otherwise it looks solid

it is a fact now that some people still try to deny it but the truth is that the 390 is faster than a 970 at any res. people say yhey perform same on 1080p but 9/10 games 390 beats it on 1080p too its just that in higher resolutions the gap gets wider.

 

get the 970 only if power consuptions is a bigger factor for you than performance and but loads of vram

I dont see anything wrong with your choices except for the Price you are paying for that fancy samsung SSD you could get a 256GB adata or crucial

 

I've heard the Samsung SSD's are much better
