How many?

So how many radiators will I need of I'm going to cool 2 280's and a 4790K? I'm thinking 2.

Depends on the size. 

 

Generally, it's best to have around 240mm + 120mm for each additional component. So you'd want around 480mm of rad space. 

 

EDIT: The amount will also depend on the radiator's thickness and FPI. Surface area is what matters.

I would say 2. Get 2 240mm rads or maybe 1 360mm and 1 240mm.

Yes as long as its 240mm or bigger, its more than enough to keep them cool.

Well it depends on the model of the card. If it is a reference 280, then a reference 7970 or reference 280x waterblock would fit it. If you tell me the card model I can help find a block.
