8inch windows tablet with sim card (phone function)

i was looking for a dell venue 8 pro/ asus vivotab 8/ lenovo ideatab miix2 and i was wondering if there are any programs for windows with which i could skip a new phone altogheter and just use the tablet for receiving/making calls and sms

I would say hold on. Windows 10 is like so soon, don't buy windows 8 tablets now.
