Posted July 11, 2015 I'm gonna have to agree with rtb5642. While AMD is cheaper the better option is going Intel. Right now AMD currently has nothing that can compete with Intel. The current gen i3's beats AMD's FX 8350 in single core performance. I'd honestly recommend getting a decent mobo an Intel dual core like the G3258 with a decent gpu to hold you over and pick up an i5 in the future.
