2x gtx 970 and i7 4790k for 650w psu?

I want to know if i can put 2 gtx 970 and an i7 4790k with a little bit of overclocking with a corsair rm 650w psu?

it should be fine.

 

According to this review the peak load of an overclocked MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4GB card is 213W...so two of them total to 426W peak load...so that leaves you with 224W left for CPU and other stuff...which is more than enough.

EDIT: in fact, 213W was reached by ubber stressing the card with furmark...gaming scenarios (Metro) they saw a max of 192W...so yeah, 650W is fine for this and your PSU is not the cheapest so it should handle that without any issues.
