New budget cpu

I got gigabyte gaming 5 atx board and r9 390 and I need a new cpu for around 300ish € and I don't know which 1 please help!

CPU + Motherboard or only CPU?

 

CPU only:

i5 4690K

 

CPU + Motherboard:

i5 4460 + some alright motherboard

300 euro budget is 330 USD = i7 4790K price

 

but since you got the board and GPU

 

grab the i5 4690k

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
