Z97M S1150 Mobo

Intel Core i5 4590

2x ddr3 sticks totalling 12gb

2x hard drives 7200rpm

2x 80mm fans

 

What advantages would I get from upgrading?

Am I bottlenecking?

Will a better one be quieter?
