what are good $40 to $80 usd case

NZXT S340 and Fractal Design Define S come to mind. There's also a few cheap Corsair cases.

I actually built in this case not too long ago. The whole Core series doesn't look too shabby and is fairly cheap. So yeah.

 

No great features though.

I like the aesthetic of the Corsair Spec-01 and Spec-02 I just orddered the 01 but havent gotten to build in it yet. I will show off pictures of the completed build.

I'm just asking if the exact board won't run into certain compatibility issues like the 3.0 USB issue.

I haven't decided on the motherboard yet since new parts will come out before I have the money for the pc all I know is that it will be an atx form factor

NZXT cases, that Xion case I have for VashTheStampede, Corsair makes good ones too, fractal, or even a be quiet!.  For the exact one for you put the parts in PCPartPicker then make sure they are compatible and the parts have no less than 4 stars on reviews.
