can you sort by CPU usage so we can actually see whats using all that CPU?

You just press the CPU tap and see what programs use the CPU and close task manager it's like using 40% of the CPU.

Well there is not much processor to spare in an Intel celery. That old food processor has never been useful for me on anything.

its only a Celeron. not an i7 don't expect it to be a tank.

I'm gunna guess the beta version of windows 10 is not optimized for ya processor.  Wait for the full release at the end of the month.

 

Thats not Windows 10. Look, he still has the upgrade notification in the task bar. (It is just windows 8.1)

I am having a little problem my CPU is going up to 100% I have no idea what the cause of this . I don't have a lot of Programs Running.

If you'll take note, 40% is being used just to run task manager. I'd imagine the other 60% is being used by Chrome and Paint. Your CPU isn't very powerful, so just run what you need. Make sure you don't have a lot of unnessesary applications running in the background.

A lot of times when you install software it will be set to run at startup with the default settings. Make sure to check the settings of anything running and uncheck that box if applicable.
