The only reason someone other than employees or friends or family of the employees should know the street address of LMG is someone who has directly inquired about employment or becoming a client.

on a different note,

it seems like a big move and it's def stressing linus out.

I think a more modest location would have been wiser,

with less construction and lower rent overhead.

a larger house even could have allowed an employee or two to live on site, contribute rent and off the space needed

( imagine a 6,000 sq  ft home with an open basement, which could be segmented into sets and offices quite easily )

you would wind up OWNING it in the end vs constantly renting a location like he did.

the only costs would be installing high level networking, the server and getting access for those outbound,

but it's his business, wish him the best.

dude has serious balls and is making things happen, for himself, his family and his employees,

have to respect that.   100%

Making a house to act as office for 10 people is going to cost about as much or more than to build one inside empty warehouse. Not to mention space limitation and base price difference. Warehouse is overall better when you think of it. Its not in very popular spot, doesn't have much of neighbors to make angry or curious, easy access with bigger trucks if needed, more storage by default.

Its not like The GD Studio which indeed has made your suggestion style setup. Twice. But they will only need studio and producer area and rest is good for rooms.

Something you probably didn't think of is that studios need unusually high ceilings.

Most homes are 8' in most areas whereas a studio typically needs 10' minimum and maybe even as high as 15' depending on what your doing.

I've found his full address within 30 minutes. Looked what firm sold the warehouse to him. Looked up their sold homes directory. Easy.

Used google maps to find the new office lol.

It'd take me like 2.5 days to drive there and probably around $300-400 in gas, but if I wanted to I could go pop up and say hi to linus lol

Yeah, with a quick 10 minute search, I found the new office, and Linus' house. Couldn't find the old office though, just the neighborhood. .

lol no. I work for a contractor who builds these types of homes, they mostly have 12 - 16 foot ceilings.  and cost around 3/400,000 usd.
