AMD GPU Build

Hey guys , a friend asked me to come up with a build for him , an AMD GPU (for some reason lol) and an SSD is a must for him. No overclocking. He isn't going to be upgrading anytime soon so he wanted it to be at least a bit future proof.

Gaming will be the primary use. I basically tweaked a couple of things on my existing build to fit in an SSD inside the budget, any thoughts?

I guess I should ask:

Is there any major difference between the H97 PRO and the H97 PRO GAMER motherboard?

Should I pick a higher W PSU or will 650W be enough?

Is Sapphire the best choice out of all the 390's (they all cost almost the same in my country)?

Is getting a 1TB HDD out of the question? I don't even have that many games, and I was able to go through 250+GB REALLY fast. I mean, other than that, it doesn't look too terrible.

I would get the 4460 as it's normally much cheaper and performs almost the same.

And I would look into other boards that are cheaper, Gigabyte and MSI are better priced for the features they give you.

The current budget is already pushing it , so I'd rather invest it into a good MBO.

Any specific one you would recommend? I'm looking at the Gigabyte GA-H97-Gaming 3 , but I'm not sure yet.

If it is made by MSI, Gigabyte, or Asus and has a good number of reviews on PC parts picker and is 4 stars or above I would recommend it.

What retailers are you buying from, if I see there prices I could recommend a good board.
