Any PC you log into steam.

For example Garry's Mod, I subscribe 20 addons on my PC.

When I go to another PC and install Garry's Mod, I play the game, it'll download my 20 subscribed addons.

Okay cool, I'm installing Skyrim on my laptop but I've been playing some heavy modded Skyrim lately and I didn't want to go through and find all of my addons/mods again
