csgo on hd5650m?

I just resently dowloaded csgo for my laptop (emahchines E642g).

 

Specs are amd athlon II X2 p340 and Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5650 500gb hdd etc. 4gb ddr3 ram

 

problem is that i get these massive fps drops from around 60--> fps to down low 10-0 fps (when something intesive happen's like smoke or nades)

i play on native resolution (1366x768)

 

the drops might happen anywhere i.e just stare at  a wall and boom your fps is officially shiet.. and i played on all LOW, low as possible all OFF.

 

gpu usage only spikes to 98% every 10sec  and when playing it hover's around 50% when playing

 

from afterburner i saw that gpu coreclock jumps between 550mhz and 100Mhz, temps are fine at 70'ish C

 

 

what's the problem ?

Your CPU.

My PC can handle CS:GO just fine, but 1 smoke and RIP fps, towards the 15. Otherwise I am well above 60.

CPU or power problems with your grafics card

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
