location?

for LoL it won't take much to run it at 60 fps. an athlon 860k and a gtx 750ti should do the trick.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/j2W3GX That's pretty much the best you'll get for 550$ while still using all around quality components. I don't condone piracy so something like SteamOS should work just fine for the OS as it's uber easy to install until you can get a real fully featured OS.

I like this build, it'd be hard to get any better for the price.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

Thanks, I and the other build posted by Blueballs has an i5 but that's not really needed as in nearly every situation the i3 and the i5 are pretty much identical. There won't be a real performance increase and it's gonna be 80$ over budget.

a g3258 will smash an i3 even with a small overclock... and you dont need a 960... a 750ti is PLENTY for LoL and even games like dying light. 1080p isnt hard to drive.

A G3258 is a nice CPU but it's not good for really any mutli-media activities or streaming. Also the 960 would be super useful especially if you want to use DSR to make low intensity game look far better. You'll also be able to run the more demanding games out there if you need to.

im not a troll... i have this EXACT pc... just a different case and psu... sorry but for simple gaming you dont need a 120 cpu and 200 gpu... put that money somewhere else like a 120gb ssd or something

SSD's aren't that necessary and the G3258 suffers for pretty much anything that isn't gaming / web browsing.

A G3258 will perform slightly slower AT BEST, it suffers from games that don't support dual cores, and more frequent frame rate drops than the i3.

See various i3 vs G3258 videos for proof.

Go for the GTX 960, It is awesome! sometimes it is almost twice as fast as the 750 Ti who can get 45FPS on MAX for BF4...  Not to mention SLI and a sweet TDP.

well from PERSONAL exp... a g3258 OC at 4.0ghz on a stock cooler with a non OC 750ti can play dying light at 1080p MAX settings at about 50fps....

i was running dual 1080p screens and could video edit, 3d design and anything JUST FINE.... unless your making a job out of it, a few extra secs of rendering time in order to save alot of money is more then worth it.
