The performance will be the same. For reliability, compare the reviews for the cards. IMO, Gigabyte it the way to go.

G1 or twin frozr I would say (Keeping in mind the twin frozr is also cheaper)

If you're in the USA, check out the Classified. It'll be better than the G1 gaming for sure.

The AMP is clocked higher, has three fans, and a backplate though.

evga coomes with backplate i think. I really dont know about clock speed i cant google anything because of my 0.10 down and 0.02 upload speed right now

ive been hearing alot of crap about the g1 gaming having lots of coil whine????  and which one is more silent?

 

i have 2 of the g1 gaming 980ti's and only had coil whine to start and went away after a few hard gaming sessions but the cards get kinda loud. which i hope to fix with water cooling once xspc come out with blocks for them.

I purchased the PNY Reference 980 Ti - I just didnt find any other ones in stock. I'd suggest a EVGA or G1 if you find one in stock.
