They're both the same mouse.

The "Fnatic Edition" simply uses orange + white colours instead of the all-black on the "Regular."

The "Regular" Rival's logo LED colours can be changed, while the "Fnatic Edition" is orange only.

 

If you are set on that mice, pick the one with the colour(s) you like.

 

According to SteelSeries' website they have the following colours:

  • Rival in all-black
  • Rival in all-white
  • Fnatic Edition (orange)
  • DOTA Edition (red)
