Is this a good 1st time general gaming build?

Is this a good build?

Will it outpreform/have the same preformance as a PS4?

- Looking to play GTA V at same settings as PS4 but with greater frame rates -

Thanks! AMD FX-6350 [six Core]

Gigabyte GA-970A [Mobo]

Corsair Vengeance 8GB [DDR3 1600 Memory]

Seagate Barracuda 1TB [HDD]

Sapphire Radeon R9 280 [3GB Graphics Card]

500w [PSU]

Critiques are welcome! Just dont go over 650 USD please :)

Im very sure everyone will recommend an i3 or i5. The others are ok, just that  maybe you can save some money in buying a windows licence key on ebay or something. and use that money elsewhere.

I'm not that versed in those components so I'll let others comment about those. But just wanna say, you can probably save $50 by picking up windows 8.1 on G2A instead. I got my copy for like £15 and it all worked flawlessly.

This is my recommendation. it will perform the same as your build with better scaling for future gpus.

did you mean 650usd or 650eur or 650gbp? because your list was already 730usd
