Hey guys .

Would you go for Avexir Core Series or Crucial Ballistix Smart Tracer ?

Both are 1600Mhz .

Ram is ram. Performance is the same. Get the cheapest CL9 1600 ram and you're good.

Whichever is cheaper.

pretty much.

I think OP was hoping to hear some reassuring words about Avexir's QC,If it means anything to you MSI has rebranded Avexir ram under it's own mpower branding, and considering MSI's reputation that should say quite a bit about Avexir.

Good bit of info here^

I also love that Avexir ram can get crazy cheap sometimes.

Ram doesn't use special software. Ram is ram.

Same specs = same performance.

This is only useful for managing your LEDs. Performance will stay the same. As for the monitors, they're pretty useless.

as said above, this will only be useful for lighting.

RAM does not,and will not heat up to the extent that you will need to monitor it unless you overclock it insanely and take the voltage well over 1.65v (1.5v is recommended),and with the heatsinks that ram has,and usually doesn't need,it would probably still handle temps decently even up to 1.75v.

as to SPD data, any good monitoring program can show it to you.(e.g.HWInfo,CPUID,AIDA64)

and if that program allows you to overclock the ram,and I hope it doesn't,then you shouldn't use that feature, because overclocking,of any kind, should be done in the bios.

In fact most software that comes with motherboards or ram in this case are often thrown away and considered bloatware.

because while it's fun for about 5  minutes, maybe an hour,it just ends up taking up space later on,especially since they usually set themselves to boot with the pc,slowing down boot times.
