If it's a decent psu, you could overclock your gpu and cpu all you want.

650 watts is plenty. Even a 550 watt would do just fine - even if you're overclocking.

I wouldn't even say 650W. a decent 550W or 550W would be fine since your system, at load, probably won't break 400W. Then again, if you go 650W you'll have some more options like the awesome AX650 which is a very nice corsair power supply.

guys stop telling people to get a psu only redline it through its life

i recommend it

What are you talking about? A 550 watt PSU will not be redlined at all.

You should be fine with a 650...just make sure it's an A brand PSU.
