Corsair H60 or a Noctua NH-L9i?

So I am building a very small computer in the Silverstone Sugo SG13B with a 970 and a Xeon E3-1231 V3 and I was curious since it is so small should I go with a Corsair H60 or a Noctua NH-L9i since they are generally the same price.

Heres the build so far any suggestions to fix are welcome.

Both are overkill for that xeon. That being said I recommend air over water if you can help it, just a cheaper air cooler though

Noctua NH-L9i is barely better than the stock Intel cooler.

I would get a Silverstone Argon AR06, 58mm tall. Cooling capacity is the same as Noctua NH-L9X65U.
