Hes having custom watercooling tubing right?

I could go for come cards with fans that you can add some tubing too (fans help keep the VRM's and stuff cool)

Does he have that much money that he doesn't care to waste around 5K on this? Because he really isn't getting much from it after that point...A great system for gaming without peripherals only needs $1500-1800 and I'm not an expert on watercooling but from what I have heard it isn't 4k+.

I have a 900d as a standin because it just loves watercooling.

Try to show him the ASUS Rampage V and the MSI Gaming 9 and see what kind of Black and Red he likes.
