Custom water cooling parts locations

Hey I'm looking into water cooling for my pc and I would love to not pay for shipping and handling again (overpaid for my pc parts cuz of that). I live in Southwestern Ontario, Canada and i would love to know if there are any stores near the London area that sells custom water cooling?
