This is a gaming build. The Xeon processors are mainly for workstation builds

They're the only CPUs that don't bottleneck 4 Titan Xs...Now that I think about it they actually might.

Get quad Tesla K80's for GPU's, because nothing says overkill like over 20,000$ in graphics cards, they are also passively cooled AFAIK, so they should be super silent, and they look dope as fuck.

You know I'm wondering how a 4790k overclocked holds up to 4 titans. In theory since most games dont use more than 4 threads the 4790k would do better since you can overclock it much further.

You need double the PCI lanes from what the 4790K has for quad SLI.

Buy a server rack with quad titan X's with quad 5960X's in each case.

No No No No. He needs to wait just a little bit for the brand new 72 core Xeon to come out and fill it with that instead because you know a $8000 cpu has to be better than a $1000 one. Also he has to have Quadro M6000s instead of the Titan Xs. Its like a Titan X (including the 12gb of memory) but its significantly better as the $5000 price tag states it does.
