EVGA sent me the wrong I/O shield

So I ordered a 980TI and a Z97 FTW board to replace my Extreme 4.  They sent me an I/O shield that is quite a bit different than the board.  They will be sending me one overnighting mon>tues but I found it funny.  Luckily they are open 24/7 and have amazing support!

Yes I am sure, ther 7.1 surround lines up but the rest does not.

That is why I love EVGA. In the highly unlikely event that you have a problem or defect with their product, they will take care of you. Their excellent customer service has made me customer for life, as long as they keep up the good work.

EVGA is awesome like that. You could mod the shit out of their card, break it in the process and they'll still replace it. Wish I had enough to get one of their 970s or reference 780s :(

I asked him about overclockING my cpu. He said as long as i don't snap the board or short it from water they warranty it.
