You may edit them. But you may not delete them.

You can ask a mod to delete the post for you or report the post and asking it to be deleted.

You cant delete them. Only mods and admins can.

If everyone could delete posts A) it would be abused and B) someone would find a a way to delete other peoples threads also C) Mods would lose allot of their power so no.
