It will work but dont expect very high frame rates and an r7 maxes out on 1080p dont expect 4k especially with gta 5

Is it not just a rebadged R7 265? It seems like a big step down from an 270 tbh...

You are completely correct, an r9 270 and r9 270x are both 7870's, the r7 370 is an r7 265 which is also an older 7790 7850*

well in my country the 370 costs less than the 270x even if not that much... why should i buy a previous generation card? i am sorry but i think that if something is newer it should perform better correct me if i'm wrong i would really appreciate that

The "new" amd cards that have came out so far, (except for the Fury series) are all older gpu's that were given a new name.

The r7 370 preforms the same as a gtx 650ti as the r9 270 and r9 270x all match a gtx 660ti. A r9 270x is just an r9 270 with a higher clock speed, that's it!

Depending on how much you want to spend and the prices in your area, the r7 370 is slower than the r9 270.

It's what I started with as my first graphics card :) It can drive every AAA title today at high, if not ultra settings while keeping the fps in the 60's (at 1080p)
