I turned on my pc and 1 of my rad fans is not working. Its a nf-a14 ippc3000 pwm, i connected the fan on diff. Header where theres power and nothing and have connected other fans where i have this non-working fan and they work so theres power on this header as well. Is there anyother way to test this problem? Have any1 experienced returning a product to noctua? How long doea their process take? I already sumitted a RMA FORM TO THEM.

were the other fans running at full speed?

the ippc fans have a higher starting voltage

When did you submit the form? Their office is in Austria, so they will look at it when they come to work. In any case, you should allow few days to handle it. Like for any other support request.

They have been replying back tobme but they keep on asking me the same question over and over and i have answered them with the correct answer in diff. Ways to see if they understand or saonthing, their custumer service is crap/shit stupid plus they are 9 hours ahead of my time zone which really sucks.

Bit curious, which question is it? The timezone thing is just normal but I agree that it can be annoying and take few days to get just some simple thing sorted.
