The process is the exact same in the EU pretty much.

EDIT: You send a RMA request, they respond, they tell you what to do... Simple. You just have to go to the support sections on EVGA's website and the instructions are there.

In Europe it's best to contact the store/webshop you bought it from and RMA it to them.

I agree. Stores have to RMA themselves in Europe.

My brand new X died within 15 minutes of installing it, so I had the choice of sending it back to Newegg or dealing with EVGA directly...EVGA is faster to work with IMO.

 

May be different in Europe.
