Yes and this is one thing I do not like about gaming laptops, it's just way too flashy, which is werid coming from me when my fav case is either the Cosmos 2 or Tt Level 10 (not GT)

Just look at it! It has more lights than a carnival! Maybe if you get something more stealthy like the Blade or one of those Asus laptops it wouldn't stick out!

I guess because they aren't mainstream. If i saw someone with an alienware, I'd go and ridicule them.

I see so many of them along with macbook pros at college.

NNOOOOOOoooooo! I have a friend that I recommended buying an alienware m11x back when I was a computer noob and thought they were awesome. I shall never live this moment down.

Feel free to message me if you want to chat!

That's the reason I went with a Sager over an Alienware. Not a fan of all the lights they have on them. Stand out to much and just to flashy.

I recommended a laptop with an i7 QM in it just because he wanted a powerful laptop and all he does is play league. He doesn't even use the computer that much.

Well...that was back when I didn't know too much about tech--only vague basics. It wasn't too bad as the laptop was only $600 but I still feel bad for the not-good-enough advice.

yes alienwares stick out with their hideous, fat design which people will quickly and clearly recognise that its meant for gaming. but if u game on for example a blade it wont really stick out at all unless they notice the razer logo which they very may well.

Yes they stick out but i don't think people assume it is for gaming right away. A guy in my debate team has an alienware and when he brings it to meetings everyone just asks what it is (they don't assume its for gaming). I think many people still don't know about pc gaming (other than LoL and Starcraft), its quite sad.
