Steam & apple refund help!

Hi,

 

I requested a refund for some games I bought from steam and apple a few days ago and the refund has been accepted; however I have not recieved the money back even though it has left my account.

 

Can anyone help?

Im having somewhat the same problem... I got the refund from steam but then they took it back out...

it can take up to a week for steam to refund the money.  they will either send it to your paypal, your bank account, or your steam wallet.  check all three.

the system is very new so it could simply be a mistake.  i'd contact steam support.

I'm not sure about Steam but I know it takes a few days for the refund from Apple to come back, I have done that in the past

For both? Yeah it can take a week or even more. I should get to refunding as many purchases as I can on my apple ID.

Steam should take about a week. That's what Steam said to my friend

For the money to move back. My request was accepted fairly quickly but it took a few days for the money to come back.

 

Just out of curiosity why is it that you're requesting refunds?
