Some one not from the us bid on my thing on eBay, even though I said us only. What should I do? They are the only bid so far, ends in 2 hours

Message him and ask him to remove the bid. Does he live in a US territory such as Guam or PuertoRico

eBay will allow you to void the order if he wins, as long as you explicitly said US only in the description.

You should be able to refuse the sale due to them not meeting the bidding requirements. Provided you clearly stated that you only want bidders from the US, eBay should allow you to either relist the item for free, or sell it to the next highest bidder.
