Out of curiosity, what's new in 4.3? I heard the Camera app is supposed to be vastly better but other than that I've heard nothing.

Theres a few new things but i think most of it is just bug fixes and improvements. Cant say for sure im still waiting for the update.

I think there's an update to the bluetooth to make it drain almost no battery, and people have said that the responsiveness of the Nexus 4 is much better, not sure if its just the Nexus 4 or not because that's the device the leaked firmware was for.

I bought mine upon release and am still satisfied with it to this day. However, I appear to have a discolored yellow patch in the middle right hand portion of the screen. Not sure if I'll send it in to be RMA'd since I use it regularly for class unless they could ship out a rapid replacement to me.

Out of curiosity, what's new in 4.3? I heard the Camera app is supposed to be vastly better but other than that I've heard nothing.

Restricted Profiles - You can now put restrictions on what the different accounts can and can't do on your tablet. For example if you got a profile for your kids then you can make it so that they can only use their games, and not open the browser. I have never seen anyone use profiles in Android though but maybe this will change now.

Bluetooth Smart Ready - Just native support for Bluetooth LE. A lot of Android devices already have this, such as the Galaxy S 4 but Samsung had to implement it themselves. It's basically just a less powerful version of classic bluetooth. Less range, lower bandwidth, uses less power.

OpenGL ES 3.0

DRM API with hardware accelerated encryption. For example NetFlix will use this to stream 1080p content to Android devices.

Bluetooth AVRCP - Just a profile which is optimized for using your device as a remote control for bluetooth enabled aido and video devices (such as a bluetooth enabled TV, a stereo and so on).

Faster user-switching

Easier text input (not sure what they mean by this)

Background Wi-Fi location (not sure what this is)

Dial pad autocomplete (not sure how this works either. Might be really annoying if I type 921 and it "corrects" it to 911).
