How is Far Cry 4 coop?

As the titel says im wondering how good the coop is in fc4, i have googled it but i can't find any information anywhere.

is it completely free so that you can play the entire game togheter or is it only some sections?

its only a very select areas/missions. Its not good at all IMO (Its not the full open world game experience with a friend)

If its like FC3 its shit. I havent played it yet but seeing as it sounds like the fc3 one from the post above, i can tell you its difficult to join lobbys, it doesnt have a good story at all and you basicly go straight forward only one route like its CoD
