Is game dev tycoon worth it?

I usually play games like CS:GO and Arma 3, but I've decided to mix things up a bit by playing casual games like this. I've heard a lot from it and the sale is at 50%off on Steam.

Your thoughts?

Looks exactly like an android game that I've played before. I put heaps of hours into that game so probably worth getting this as well.

I bought it at full price and loved it.  So worth it with the steam sale.

Last played "2/20/15". Can't be that good if you haven't touched it in almost 4 months.

 

 

Personally I'd wait for a better deal, it went down to 60% off last year and in the winter. It's a small amount but it's still cheaper than 50%.

its simple but decent and they have refined it to be less of a guessing game like it was at launch.

I have almost 200 hours in Kingdoms of Amalur and roughly 400-450 in Dragon Age Origins. Haven't replayed either in a few months but I do get the itch sometimes to run through them again. In fact, all this Game of Thrones I been re watching is making me want to roll a Human Noble again so i can kill Arle Rending Howel for killing my parents and taking my family's land. Spoiler alert.
