GTX 970

Hello guys, so i am planning to build new PC.  I am interesting in GTX 970, and found GIGABYTE GTX 970 ( http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5209#ov). Does this have 0db fan noise? ASUS and EVGA have, in gigabyte i coulnd found.

i am not 100% sure either, but its an easy fix if it doesnt. linus created a video on this subject a while back.

MSI had 0db mode as well. I'd suggest getting the MSI or EVGA version, since the Asus card suffers from coilwhine and doesn't overlcock as well.

Yea, altering the bios is a good way of voiding warranty with many companies.. I'd go EVGA superclocked acx2.0.. Usually found near the same price as the gigabyte.

I have the EVGA 970 SSC and I highly recommend it!

on the other hand, on the gigabyte there is no fanless mode needed because it is so quiet that my pure wings 2 @600RPM are louder than the card
