use the MX4

just make sure there is no old thermal paste on the CPU or CPU cooler before you apply

Another vote goes to MX-4.

I bought a tube of it for the first time a few weeks back.

Compared it to a similar product, Antec Formula 7, and it out-performed it by a few degrees °C. (3°C to be exact).
