HIGHLY doubt it. some 2d games dont run on hd2000. VERY few 3d games do.

i think the game is pretty engine intensive so i doubt you will have a good experience. you can try it and if it doesnt work you can refund it, as long as you use steam

Oh sorry, Minecraft is a CPU game, not GPU. That was a bad example. But HD 2000 is VERY OLD and it's integrated. It will not run most 3D games. Besides, the MINIMUM requirements are a GT 260.

My first-gen Core i5 could run Modern Warfare 1 at a staggering 10-15 at 480p lowest settings. 

 

HD 2500 on my dad's laptop struggles to get 50FPS in League at 720p low. I can't see why it'd be able to have Project Cars be playable.

i know they CAN, but that doesn't mean modern 3d games are playable.

and  on grid 2 i get 30fps they ran grid 2 on a 1.3 ghz cpu mines 3.4 lol

Before the spring patch my dad's GT 740m could play at high settings. After, it plays 40 fps on the LOWEST setting.
