Tried reinstalling it and deleting everything to do with MSI Command Center before I installed it again but it just hangs on the startup splash :(

that happens sometimes, try using the older version, a restart will help.

Driver disk perhaps? I'm not sure if you can download older versions from MSI's site though so there's not really much you can do unless you download a more recent older version from another site or use the driver disk.

@Tim Drake does it open CommandCenter.exe*32 in the task manager ?

Try ending the process and reopen it 

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\Command Center

try opening both CC_LoadingPage and CommandCenter.exe
