Anyone knows what this telephone is called?

Found this weird looking phone to a client i went .It must be from 50s~70s

anyone has any idea what it is called?

It's a rotary phone. But is only uses a 90° wheel instead of the usual 270° ones.

I know it is roraty but does that model has the name? U only described the obvious part xD

If it isn't working absolutely perfectly, according to all your assumptions, it is broken.
