It's not surround, it's the general audio of the device, so downloading audio drivers might help, but surround won't.

 

 

yeah I guess, just mess around with drivers, or even test it on a different PC/device and see if it the same issue with that 

 

 

try downloading razer surround, and see if that makes a difference, if not, then download the audio drivers for your motherboard.

i did i went into audio settings and set kraken as my default output and it works i hear normal quality sound,when i restart my pc the sound quality is astonishingly awesome and i can feel the music in my skull.

 

i have razer sorround along with synapse(i have a razer blackwidow/death adder/kraken headset)DONT JUDGE ME

Hey guys,so for the past few days i have been using the razer kraken 7.1 chroma and today i realised that my sound quality differs,if i restart my pc and play a song its really clear and sounds awesome,but if i pause the song and play it again it sounds like crap,so does any other audio including youtube,everything sounds crisp and awesome when i play it after restarting my pc then i pause or close it and when i play it again it sounds like shit,some help would be nc
