H2O+Air 240= bloodshed redux

NMoosekeys

Hey guys,

Piecing together the end of my watercooled build. I don't have a ton of pics to show off just yet, I forgot to order biocide so I'm at a stopping point right now until I get that. [emoji20]

Specs are:

4690k with ek-supremacy mx block

980ti with ek-fc titan x waterblock

140mm ek-xres ddc pump/res combo

Primoflex lrt bloodshed red tubing

XSPC rx240 rad

XSPC black chrome 3/8" 5/8" fittings

Noctua nf-f12 fans

16gb corsair ram

Gigabyte z97mx gaming 5

This is my first water build, and I wanted it to be a little challenging so I picked a pretty small case. After some careful measuring I managed to fit the entire system in the front and I think it's laid out pretty nice.

Res mounted, planning the runs. I didn't want to spend the extra money on angled fittings.

Tight fit in here

Tubing installed, pretty proud of my runs...

Side panel installed. The benefit of noctuas without the aesthetic. [emoji1]

What do you think? Better photos to come once it's up and running

I dislike the tubing :/ the color just really does not fit in with the build, I think clear tubing and a nice dark red liquid would have been a much nicer looking route.

I see what you mean, I wanted to do use a colored tubing so I won't have to mess with dyes if I ever want to change the color of my build. Live and learn :)

I also noticed the flash makes it appear further off than it really is

Changing the color of the build now requires getting all new tubing xD

Well, ran into a stressful snag... It wouldn't boot last night, and after troubleshooting everything I took it all out to repeat the cpu. Upon removal I noticed one single pin on the socket had bent. I carefully repositioned it, but now that I've got it all taken apart again I'm going to pick up clear tubing and do a colored fluid.

Do you guys recommend pre mixed or a concentrate? What brand?

Either works, pre-mixed is probably easier.

Not sure on a brand for it tho.
