What should i choose?
A Laptop with a Intel Core i5-4210H Processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX960 - 2GB GPU
Or a laptop with a Intel Core i7-4720HQ Processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX950 - 2 GB GPU

gaming go with the i5 with higher end gpu, while the features and brand do matter and the other specs do matter, one could have 8 or 16gb of ram, one a ssd or a large HDD, but based on these specs if you need an i7 (video, photo, audio editing, content creation) get the 2nd one, if you are gaming get the 960 with the i5
