Weird White Noise on Mac OS

Hey LTT,

 

So I've got a very weird and particular issue. I dual boot my computer with Mac OS X and Windows. When I use Windows everything is super cool and fine. Noise is perfect. But when I switch on over to Mac OS X, in both the output and the input, there is a humming noise. It even happens with my USB webcam Mic (logitech c920).

 

I'm wondering if an external DAC would fix this. But if a USB mic still has noise I don't have any idea what is happening.

 

Attached is two files, one with the sound when recording from Mac OS, and the other from Windows.

 

Hope you guys can help me out!

 

EDIT: The forum isn't letting me upload the files, so I'll get them to you guys ASAP when I convert their file formats.
