New windows on laptop

Hello guys

 

I'll be installing a new windows on a friend's laptop.(model: vaio vpcf2 3z1e)

 

I know how to install a new OS but this will be the first time I'll be doing it on a laptop. Any differences than doing it on a desktop?

 

Also, the vaio website has a shitload of drivers, should I just install all of them or select the most important ones only?
