Welcome to the Forum.

Why did you choose a beast system but skimp out on graphics? That's like getting a really great car but then putting a lawnmower engine in it.

We need to know about an exact budget and your general location.

I need some helping in choosing a graphics card for my computer. My computer itself is already built and I'll list the specs below. I have integrated Intel graphics, but that isn't cutting it. I can't play the higher-end PC games and I've decided I need a dedicated graphics card. It needs to be the cheapest possible while still letting me play a game like gta 5 without frames dropping. If you could also explain why you picked the piece you recommend and educate me, I'd be thankful.

The cheapest possible is probably something 2nd hand, although I would recommend anything lower than an GTX 770 or R9 280X.

GTA V doesn't run that well on AMD, it runs better on Nvidia, so that is why I recommended a higher Nvidia card than AMD. You can also look at the GTX  960 or something.

Because that's the cheapest thing that can play GTA 5 without dropping frames.

Well if you have the lowest end card that you can play GTA V on, then run at crazy high settings, if you're constantly running at 1fps then I guess you're not dropping frames?

I was just pointing out that op seemed like he was on a very tight budget.
