What is the best monitor for video and photo editing they sell in these shops?

The company I'm working with has given me a 1000 dollar budget for a monitor that will be used for designing advertisement material such as posters, calendars, labels and editing promotional video; I would like that it had 4K resolution and accurate colors. The monitor is not meant for gaming in fact it will be used only at work.

I'm building a custom workstation with this and I was wondering what was the best monitor for this purposes. I've heard about the ASUS PA329Q but unfortunately is not yet available in my country.
