Fallout NV Graphical Mods

So I picked Fallout NV up yesterday for $5. I realized that since the game is rather old it doesn't look very good, what graphical mods do you suggest I get? It would be best if it's on the Workshop because I am not the best when it comes to modding. Thanks!

I believe the Nexus Mod Manager is pretty decent for Fallout, but not sure if it's 3 or only, or NV too.

And just generally look around the Nexus.

I think it is acctually better for NV

 The Wannabe is no longer. Replaced by the Flotilla. If you replace every part of a computer is it still the same computer?
