1080p on 4K TV

Hello!
I'm thinking about buying a TV for my cave, and then I saw a 4K TV on sale and wondered if it's worth it...?

It will be used for 1080p only, PlayStation 4 and PC games. But my concern is the upscaling...

Will it look good? will it look okay? or will it look like garbage?

Should I buy a 1080p screen instead?

What do you guys think?

The options:

1080p - https://www.komplett.no/samsung-48-led-smart-tv-ue48h5505/813629

One of my friends just got an expensive one by sony, on some settings the TV has a visible lab between user input and TV output as it processes the image to make it look 4K. I would say check to make sure the TV supports gaming, usually in the format of 'gaming' mode.
